How will we use your data?

Our Company collects your data so that we can:

  • Process your order and manage your account.
  • When you are booking for a tour with us, your name is shared with our suppliers like the bus operator, hotels, partner tour operators etc. Only the minimum relevant information that is needed to be shared with our supplier is given out. The information could include details like full name, birthdate, passport number etc.
  • When you are using our Visa/Passport/OCI Services, your information is shared with VFS and the government for the purpose of the application.
  • In case of emergency, to check with the embassy/VFS

How do we store your data?

Our Company securely stores your data at a very popular web hosting service provider located in the USA and also in Google Drive.

For incomplete orders, our Company will keep your name and email address for 5 years. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data by manually deleting all entries older than 5 years.

If you have used one of our tours or services, our Company will keep all the information you have provided us for at least 7 years as per the requirements of law and up to 8 years allowing us time to delete the data. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data by manually deleting all entries older than 7 years.

Marketing

Our Company would like to send you information about products and services of ours that we think you might like. You have the right at any time to stop our Company from contacting you for marketing purposes or giving your data to other members of our Company Group.
